Mike Mamula joined CSS as Director of Business Development and Principal in 2003. As Director of Business Development, Mike is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic accounts across various market segments with a concentration on Employment Screening, Clinical and workers compensation investigative markets.

Prior to his successes at CSS, Mike received his degree in Sociology from Boston College in 1995 (where he also played intercollegiate athletics), and then moved to the NFL where he played for six seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. Mike has been active with various charity organizations including the United Way as Co-Chairperson of the 2005 Camden County United Way Campaign -- he helped raise over $4 million. He also participates in many fund raising events to support charities in the Philadelphia area. Mike has found the time to help many other worthy causes including People for People, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Magee Rehabilitation Center, the Seabrook House and Adam Taliaferro Foundation.

In 2004, he started the Mike Mamula Foundation in his home town of Lackawanna, New York, with the mission to provide funding for the area football programs, helping out local charities, providing funds for injured Veterans from Buffalo and awarding scholarships to deserving student-athletes.
